DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C. Tucson
Welcome to the Tucson office of DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C. We are one of southern Arizona’s largest and most respected law offices and we have been providing a wide range of legal services to the Tucson community as well as throughout Arizona since 1968. The culture of our office is welcoming, collegial, collaborative and family-oriented, with a strong emphasis on public service. In 1988 we moved from downtown Tucson to our current location at the corner of Broadway and Tucson Boulevard. The building’s unique architecture and striking cast stone arched entry depicting wildlife and plant life native to the Sonoran Desert has made it a recognizable landmark.

We credit our longevity and ongoing success in southern Arizona to the unparalleled level of expertise provided by our attorneys and staff, many of whom have been with the Firm for more than 30 years. With 21 attorneys and 23 staff members, including three paralegals, all members of the Tucson office are committed to providing superior client service.

Our attorneys represent individuals, emerging as well as established local companies, national corporations, and governmental entities throughout southern Arizona. While our largest practice group continues to lend its expertise to the representation of school districts and educational institutions, our attorneys possess expertise in all of the Firm’s practice areas, including business law, intellectual property, estate planning and probate, tax, civil and commercial litigation, securities matters, real estate, banking, employment law, mining and natural resource law, construction, personal injury, and family law.
