    Hamilton Distillers
    Whiskey del Bac is handmade by Hamilton Distillers in small batches using a copper pot-still and house-malted, mesquite-smoked barley. Three desert single-malt whiskeys made in Tucson.

    In 2006, while drinking Scotch and barbecuing with mesquite scraps from our custom furniture company, Arroyo Design, we had a thought. Why couldn’t we malt barley over mesquite instead of peat, as they do in Scotland, for a single-malt whiskey with a flavor distinctive to the American Southwest?

    Arroyo Design had started with a similar question: Why couldn’t we take this wild and spectacular wood from right here in the Sonoran Desert and make it into fine furniture, instead of using exotics from the rain forest? Arroyo Design came to be a nationally recognized and much-published design and manufacturing company, thanks to the use of old-world joinery, careful wood selection and uncompromising attention to detail.

    Unable to shake the concept of a Sonoran Desert single-malt, Stephen began learning how to make whiskey, starting with a 5 gallon alembic pot-still from Portugal. While getting that process down, he also began learning how to malt barley, first using 6-row cattle-feed barley from nearby Coolidge, AZ, and later 2-row malting barley from Southern Colorado.

    Little Toad Creek Brewery & Distillery has a downtown restaurant & tasting room in Silver City, NM, as well as a seasonal location in the Gila Wilderness.

We love the amazing variety of craft beers on the market these days and believe in presenting our beers as the best in traditional styles without distraction. We offer a rotating selection of our own craft beer, which include Blonde Ale, Amber Ale, Pale Ale, NM Brown, and Porter, with many seasonal offerings available as limited release. We also proudly offer craft beers from other parts of the state of New Mexico - just ask about our Guest Tap Offerings.

    Our Spirits
    Our hand-built copper still produces small batches of craft spirits. The first Micro-Distillery in southwest New Mexico, Little Toad Creek hand crafts vodka, rum, whiskey and a variety of liqueurs. Our Green Chili Vodka makes the world's best bloody Mary. The Spiced Rum, with its house blend of spices is perfect for a Tropical Cocktail. Our Distiller's favorite is the aged whiskey, "Sapo Grande" - so, ask about availability of the Sapo Grande, it sells out fast!

    If you knew the ingredients in our house-made mixers you would dare to call our specialty cocktails healthy! No high-fructose corn syrup for you … try a few! -Wild Rita - Jalapeno Rita - The Toad House Bloody Mary - Lemon Drop Martini - Lavender Lemon Drop Martini - Chocolate Martini.

    New Mexico Wines

    The first grapevines planted in what is now the state of New Mexico were brought in 1629 to Senecu, a Piro Indian pueblo south of Socorro, by Fray Gracia de Zuniga, a Franciscan, and Antonio de Arteaga, a Capuchin monk. The cuttings brought by the missionaries were a variety of Vitis vinifera, commonly called the "mission grape." This variety is still grown in New Mexico today. Historians think it is a European variety from Spain, called Monica.     Three Wells Distilling Co.
    Our Mission is to produce the finest small batch spirits available. We believe that using traditional distillation methods, locally sourced groundwater and naturally occurring and Arizona sourced ingredients is the most honest way to produce our unique spirits. At Three Wells Distilling Company we approach business just like we live our own lives – Use everything to its fullest and waste as little as possible.

    From using spent ingredients to feed livestock and enhance our compost, to recycling cooling water, we strive to be responsible and provide our customers with an honest, quality spirit they can be proud of! When the market crash of 2008 closed down Co-founder/Distiller Matt Montgomery’s prior business, it also inhibited his financial ability to buy the high end Tequilas he had come to love. Being a resourceful man, Matt decided to learn how to make his own. After many disappointing attempts and a week-long training with Artisan Craft Distilling Institute, finally drinkable spirits were made!

    Matt was driving home from work one day when he saw all the wild prickly pear cactus fruit in the desert ripe and ready for harvest. This made him think of his wife, Ken’te, who enjoys eating the fruit picked fresh off the cactus; Thorns and All! (That part is a joke folks). Matt knew she didn’t enjoy his whiskeys, but as he was thinking of his love of his life, his love for making craft spirits, and all of this naturally occurring desert fruit, he thought to himself "I bet I could make a spirit out of that!" And that is the story of how Sonora was born. From love!

    Co-founder/Chemist and longtime friend of Matt’s, Chris Dudding took notice and Three Wells Distilling Co was born! Using Well Water from Well#3 on Chris’ property off of Three Wells Court in Sahuarita, AZ, Matt and Chris set out to create a line of spirits their customers can be proud of.

    At Three Wells we only use ground water from Well#3 along with the finest AZ centric ingredients to craft our unique spirits. We never use sourced spirits made by someone else and use the stills we hand built to create our premium, truly craft spirits!
